Return Policy

At Restored Timbers customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, notify us within 10 ten days after delivery and we will allow a return of that merchandise. When your merchandise arrives at your home, please inspect it carefully for any damages. If an item is being returned because of damage or a defect noted upon delivery, Restored Timbers will  pay return shipping fees. Restored Timbers cannot accept returns for damaged items that were not noted by the customer upon delivery of the merchandise. If merchandise is being returned for any reason other than damage noted upon delivery (doesn’t fit, changed mind, etc.), then the customer is responsible for paying return shipping fees, plus any applicable restocking fees.
