How does delivery work?
All of our deliveries are done by licensed and insured delivery services. There are multiple delivery options available depending what you order, and how far it needs to be shipped.
Deliveries local to our brick and mortar store are all done by a white glove delivery service. All pieces are blanket wrapped and brought into your room of choice. Pieces in stock are usually delivered within a week of purchase. The local delivery charge gets paid in cash directly to the delivery service at the time of delivery. Long distance deliveries can be done with either a curbside delivery service or a white glove service. For orders that fit onto a pallet you will be able to get a curbside delivery quote at checkout and that cost will be added to your order. Curbside deliveries arrive on a pallet, and the driver will bring the pallet up to the customers home and in the garage if there is access. The customer is responsible for breaking down the pallet and bringing the furniture into their desired room. Attaching the legs to the table tops is the only assembly required for a curbside delivery.
What is the best way to clean the table tops?
The best and easiest way to clean your table top is to wipe it down with a damp sponge or clean rag. Use dish soap and water if needed. No heavy detergents or cleaners are necessary, and they can affect the finish. Do not use disinfecting wipes like Clorox or Lysol wipes.
Are the table tops sealed?
Yes, all of our table tops are sealed with water based finishes to help protect against stains from spills. While the tops are sealed, anything that is left to sit for too long on the table can leave a mark. Wipe up spills in a timely fashion to keep your table looking good as new. The main thing to protect against is heat. Putting something too hot directly on the wood can leave a white cloud in the finish. Make sure to use trivets for serving dishes, and not to put anything like a hot pizza box, or hot food on a paper plate on your table without something underneath as a barrier.
What is reclaimed wood?
Reclaimed wood is wood that has been salvaged from old dismantled structures such as barns, factories, old homes, crates and pallets. The wood is repurposed for new projects like dining tables. Reclaimed wood will usually have a rustic, aged appearance, with features like nail holes, checking, saw marks, and a worn looking patina that makes each piece unique. Reclaimed wood is also an eco-friendly option because it does not require any new trees to cut down.
Can I customize the size of my table?
We offer a large variety of standard sizes that can accommodate most customers' needs, but the tables in our America Collection can be customized to size if needed. How do I apply for financing?
Visit the financing page on our website to apply for financing through Wells Fargo Bank. The application gets filled out directly on your device and you will receive an immediate decision from Wells.
What financing options are available for purchasing furniture?
We always have an offer of 12 months interest free financing with minimum payments required for qualified buyers. Multiple times throughout the year there will additional interest free offers. These could include 18 months interest free with minimum payments, 24 or 36 months interest free with equal payments.
What is the interest rate?
All of our financing offers are always interest free.
What credit score is required to qualify for financing?
Wells Fargo doesn’t give a specific credit score requirement. During the application process they will check your credit and also ask for your household income to see if you qualify.
Can I pay off my financing early without penalties?
Yes. There is no penalty for paying off your balance early. Just make sure to pay off your balance within you promotional period or you will incur an interest penalty of 28.99% of your original purchase price.
