Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Please understand our furniture is not for everybody because of its rustic nature. There will be nail holes, check marks any other imperfections that you might not find suitable. Which of course are the inherent features of aged wood. If some reason you do not find your piece satisfactory to your standards, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

Please note a refund can be issued for the cost of the furniture purchase only. Customers will incur a 25% re-stocking fee and the return shipping costs will be at the customers expense.
